Comfy Chic: Textures

Hi everyone!

This is the third installment of the August theme "Black & White is the New Black."

I love the dressed up/dressed down style that joggers can create and decided to give it a try. The joggers are a great fit and true to size with zipper detailing on the pockets. I added a leather vest to create a layering effect while also adding a different texture. The comfy leopard slip-ons are a great fit for a day of walking.

Jumping In Chartreuse

Hi everyone!

I planned this look as my evening birthday look, but that didn't happen so here it is. 

I was excited to incorporate one look inspired by two amazing fashion bloggers. Chartreuse is a color that I swoon over, leopard is one of my favorites, but when the jumpsuit was ordered I had never worn a jumpsuit before. I was drawn to all three elements to create one look.

The jumpsuit has amazing stretch coming from straight sizes and is under $30! I've had my Jessica Simpson shoes for well over two years, they are still on trend and comfortable.

After falling head over heels in love with jumpsuits, they quickly became a personal favorite. The tapered leg and mesh around the neck makes the jumpsuit sexy, whereas the elastic waistband makes it easy to flatter all figures and as well as flirty. The jumpsuit having a fun print pairing it with a colored necklace and blue shoes were an easy match.

Perfect In Lace

Hi everyone! 

This is the first installment of the August series "Black & White is the New Black." 

I have had this screen tee for a few weeks and wanted to mix it up, but was unsure how. I received an email of Torrid's look book and ran to the closest store, I was eyeing the teal skirt but in the store there was an olive green lace skirt that screamed Fall! Yes, I had to have it! Did I mention it was an online return and it fit like a glove.

Everything came from the same place. Don't judge me!
