Blossoming Romance

Hi everyone!!!

Here is the fourth look of The #CurvyStyleTour, this week I am focusing on Pop Up Plus. Be sure to check out Elle's fourth look at The Curvy Style Project.

I was driven to their site after seeing their Miami State of Mind Spring Collection. I knew I had to get my hands on the floral print bodycon with a hint of blue! The dress fits wonderfully and screams Spring! The pipping down the front flatters my curves. I opted to pair the dress with my favorite blue sandals and a blue tassel necklace.

Style Note: Pop Up Plus clothing sizing is in Juniors plus, which may cause you to order up one size for a proper fit.

Neon Florals

Hi everyone!!!

Here is the third look of the #CurvyStyleTour and we are focusing on Eloquii! Be sure to check out Elle of  The Curvy Style Project third look.

It's no secret I have a love affair with Eloquii. Their clothes feature feminine silhouettes and always add a ladylike flair to any look. I actually fell in love with the entire look that was modeled by the model, but stepping outside of my style box I decided to pair the neon floral skirt with stripes. Yay!

The outfit was busy so I toned it down with a black choker necklace and my comfy laceup sandals.

Style Note: The skirt looks yellow online, but in person it is more neon. Also, when ordering skirts from Eloquii order the size closest to your waist measurements.

PopSugar OPI Hawaii Color Challenge Plus-Size Edition: Golden Red

Hi everyone!

I am excited to announce that I have teamed up with 11 other bloggers to bring you the plus size addition of the OPI Hawaii Color Challenge. How exciting right?

My color was Golden Red. I chose golden red mainly because I really don't own a lot of red and wanted to step out of my color comfort zone. Red has been my favorite color since I was in high school but for some reason I never wanted to wear it on my nails or even in a shirt, because I felt like it washed my face out. Oh well! I love everything about this red dress, even the one sleeve detail. I have never worn a one sleeve anything so I'm 2 for 2!

The dress is made from a scuba material with a trumpet hem. The dress features a cascading one sleeve detail that is layered near the shoulder. I wanted the focus to mainly be on the dress so I opted for a black choker necklace and black lace up sandals.

Stripes Over Florals

Hi everyone!!!

Here is the second look of The #CurvyStyleTour focusing on Fashion to Figure.
Be sure to check out Elle of The Curvy Style Project second look.

This week we created looks solely from Fashion to Figure. I love a floral dress in the Spring. I really like the feminine silhouette that is created with this dress. With this look I wanted to add stripes to look to play with print mixing a little more. With print mixing I wanted to tone it down with black tights and black booties.

Style Note: This dress was a little short in the back, so I opted to wear tights. I am 5'6 1/2."

For The Love Of Maxis

Hi everyone!!!

I am excited to announce another blogger collaboration. The #CurvyStyleTour will feature trendy spring looks style by Elle Dewanna of The Curvy Style Project and myself from some of our favorite store! I am excited to work with Elle again to bring you all some of our favorite Spring looks. We are ready to explore our inner fashionista for the Spring. Join us as we launch a new look each week!

First up is Forever 21+. I live in maxi dresses during the Spring and Summer months, but lately I have been coming across simple maxi dresses for over $70! That's crazy right?! So I took it back to the basics and went searching online at Forever 21. To my surprise there were similar maxi dresses for only $17-$25! I was ecstatic! The dress and shoes were under $50!!!!!

Style Note: This dress is 100% polyester and I sized up.
