2016 was literally the year of consistency for me. At least the year for attempting consistency. I learned that when I was consistent with working out I wasn't consistent with blogging. All of those things were tied to me being focused in school and working a full-time job.
Here's how I will set realistic goals for 2017:
- Be short and straight to the point when setting goals. Instead of wallowing over extensive details, I will keep it short. My goal is share more of myself with all.
- Become a better me. It's easy to tell someone what they did wrong to you and help them work on themselves, but in 2017 I want to work on myself.
- Commit to things and stick to them. Again, I find it hard for me to stay consistent with all of the things on my plate, so working out will be some I commit to, because working out eases my mind.
Also, I'm telling you all my goals because I need to be held accountable. I'm thinking about a Fitness Goal Monday series where I talk about my goals for the week and how I did the week before.
Love it. We all need accountability partners.

ReplyDeleteYes!!! Thanks Lali!!!
DeleteI definitely need to do that, I have the hardest time just getting one thing done at a time and my goals just sort of poof. Good luck with the new, streamlined plan!
